C&K Management is a content and knowledge
services company established in the year 2000,
operating out of Hyderabad, India. It has
four branch offices in India and is in the
process of setting up others in the Middle
East. The company delivers its knowledge services
through internet, intranet and through classroom
trainings.
Set up with a vision of enabling the knowledge
workers to be productive on the job, C&K
Management has launched a professional productivity
tool 'TheManageMentor'. A team of content
writers creates high quality articles bringing
out best practices, Other People's Experiences
(OPE) from various primary and secondary sources.
300 national and multi national corporates
in India are using this tool. It has found
greater acceptance in associations such as
Charted Institute of Management Accountants
and Dubai Quality Group.
Today, C&K has 100 employees working with
it. 60 content analysts, headed by General
Managers, are responsible to churn out content
in 33 areas of management every day. The content
is mostly on: supply chain, manufacturing,
sales, marketing communications. Furthermore,
the team also writes custom content for verticals
such as Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications,
Banking and Insurance. The content analysts
are, basically, subject matter experts with
a minimum 2 years of functional experience.
The General Managers guide the team with directional
inputs and come with at least 15 years of
relevant industry background.
